Kooth is a transformational digital mental health support service. It gives children and young people easy access to an online community of peers and a team of experienced counsellors.

Kooth has no referrals or waiting lists, and Young people can access this service anonymously by signing onto the Kooth website.

For children and young people (11-19yrs).


How to refer

Self-referral

The service will provide out of office hours provision and is open 7 days per week, 365 days a year from noon until 10pm weekdays and from 6pm until 10pm on Saturday and Sundays, with reduced cover Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Bank Holidays.
