The new NEL Primary Care Quality Alert system launched in City and Hackney on Monday 21 July with a new Quality Alerts form embedded in EMIS. The new quality alerts process has now been implemented in all NEL Places.
Please can City and Hackney practices archive/delete any old form if saved in your favourites. Please use the new form and emails to raise alerts.
