The Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) service in Hackney and City, being delivered by Whittington Health NHS Trust, will come to a close in August 2023. City and Hackney Public Health Team is in the process of commissioning a new Enhanced Health Visiting (EHV) service which will mobilise from the beginning of September 2023.
The FNP service will not be accepting any new referrals. Any referrals made after 1st November 2022 will be returned to the referrer. Between the period of November 2022 and August 2023 pregnant women who would have been referred to FNP should now be supported through public health midwifery service/universal health visiting service.
