City and Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest Clinical Commissioning Groups have agreeed a Procedures of Limited Clinical Value (PoLCV) policy (see Downloads).
An individual funding request can be made if treatment is denied under the PoLCV policy due it being judged to have limited clinical value.
