Power Up! is a 12-week healthy lifestyle intervention for children, young people and their families in City and Hackney who are above a healthy weight (above 91st centile BMI). We accept children 5-19 years (up to 25 with SEN). Anyone can make a referral online Power up! | Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust or get in touch with the service via phone 0207 014 7066 or email huh-tr.powerupcandh@nhs.net with questions or for assistance.

The timeline is still the same – the service will be ending August 31st and therefore we will only be accepting new referrals until the end of May.
