From November 2024, Homerton Healthcare temporarily closed access of new referrals into Hypertension service as they have no identified clinical cover following the retirement of both the sole Consultant and Lead Nurse. 

All referrals for Hypertension should now be directed to the Barts Health Hypertension service. Homerton are developing plans with Barts for any transfer of follow-up care during this time.
