City and Hackney holds the Duty Doctor contract to respond to urgent unplanned care within core hours. The latest data from April 2024 shows an increase in core hours A&E attendances, which puts a portion of our income from the Duty Doctor contract at risk, as well as the contract itself. This session will aim to help us protect this contract and learn from you what challenges we are facing in City and Hackney.
