Over the past couple of years we have had little opportunity to bring together practitioners working across different organisations to talk about the areas that matter to us and our teams. We are excited to announce that we will be hosting an evening event that bring together practitioners working in primary care with our Consultant colleagues.
This event will take place on Tuesday 21st November from 5:30pm at the Education Centre at the Homerton. We will be focusing on the primary/secondary care interface and working together to find tangible ways that we can build on the good relationships we already have and make improvements for clinical teams working across City & Hackney.
We will be sharing more information soon.
