The London Borough of Hackney and Social Marketing Gateway have released the dates in November and December for when they will be delivering Making Every Contact Count training featuring refreshed scenarios for practice.
The training aims to build confidence, knowledge and skills required for good conversations with residents about health and wellbeing as well as provide participants with the opportunity to actively engage and practice various scenarios. The training will also include resources specific to support people to take better care of their health and wellbeing.
