  • Building own protocols and alerts for use in practices ie how to add alert if telephone/mobile is missing from patients records so you get a pop up when reception access the records
  • Creation and management of clinical alerts and pop-ups
  • Building Protocols/Concepts/Templates and incorporating them together in a protocol
  • Building simple protocols to automate tasks
  • Building complex protocols to facilitate adding clinical information
  • Protocol alerts
  • Introduction to concepts
  • Using concepts in protocols
  • Using concepts in templates
