This is a past event that took place on Wednesday, 11th September 2019
September's Clinical Commissioning Forum (CCF), will be taking place on Wednesday 11th September at St Joseph's Hospice, Mare St, E8 4SA from 6pm. This is to coincide with the CCG's Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be taking place immediately after the CCF in the same venue.
The main topic of the CCF will be the Innovation and Changes across the City & Hackney system. We encourage you to attend and have your say, let us know your thoughts, hear from your CCG and discuss with your peers.
The AGM meeting will feature presentations from members of the CCG’s Governing Body who will look at the highlights and successes of the previous year, current and future work of the CCG to improve and support residents’ health and care, and how money is being spent to provide services. This is another opportunity share their thoughts to those on stage.
For catering purposes please pre-register.
