This page contains key information on GP Direct Access Pathology.
If you wish to report pathology quality issues to the Homerton, please use:
bartshealth.pathology.governance@nhs.net
Please use tQuest to submit pathology requests- where possible - it reduces the workload for both GP Practices and the Homerton.
For add-on requests for biochemistry at the Homerton, please send them to: biochem.addons@nhs.net. Biochemistry do not take phone calls for add on tests. Samples are stored for 4-5 days and this is dependent on capacity.
Requesting T-Quest Paper
The Pathology Partnership Partnership is now arranging all deliveries of T-Quest paper for printers. Supplies are based on previous usage and the size of the practice and deliveries are scheduled for every two months.
If you have any issues with deliveries or are running low on supply please contact and escalate the issue to
Nandini P Kizhakkayil - CSR and Logistics Manager nandini.kizhakkayil@nhs.net or
Karl Jewell, Divisional Manager for blood science karl.jewell@nhs.net
