NHS-led stop smoking service for adults (18+)

NHS-led stop smoking service for adults (18+) who live work or study in Hackney or in the City of London, or who are registered with a Hackney or City of London GP.

Smokefree City & Hackney offers a 12 week stop smoking programme with clients having weekly or fortnightly support from their stop smoking advisor.

 

How to refer patients to the stop smoking service

Ring/email the stop smoking service

Or complete the referral form (which is on EMIS) and email it to smokefree.cityandhackney@nhs.net

Or directly book a stop smoking appointment on EMIS via EMIS Community - look for Smoking Cessation slot (book 30 minute slot for new patients).
