A network of service users that provides crisis support and coping skills. The service is for individuals with or without a diagnosis of mental health issues and wass designed in consultation with service users and health professionals.

This group runs Monday's and Wednesday's 13:00—15:30 and Friday's 14:00—16:30.

Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

The service is for individuals living in the London Borough of Hackney and City of London who:

  • have difficulties managing their moods and emotions
  • find it hard to get on with people and/or have difficult relationships
  • struggle with feelings of suicidality and/or self-harm
  • feel isolated or overwhelmed by being or feeling stuck in a pattern of behaviour
  • feel that mainstream services do not offer adequate support
