The service provides the following:

  • Hearing aid maintenance, replacement of batteries, domes, filters, and tubing
  • Repair of faulty hearing aids where possible
  • Advice and information on hearing loss, hearing checks and tinnitus
  • Advice and support on how to use a hearing aid correctly.
  • Hearing check advice sessions at clinics, care homes, sheltered accommodation, health, and wellbeing events.
  • Advice and information for people requiring initial and re-assessments.
