The service supports expectant and new parents who may be experiencing emotional distress, low confidence, relationship difficulties, or social isolation.

The programme includes group sessions (6 before birth, 3 after), home visits, and 1:1 support. It is delivered locally by trained practitioners and offers a warm, non-judgmental approach.


Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

  1. Expectant parents or parents with babies under 2 years
  2. City & Hackney residents or those registered with a local GP
  3. Particularly suitable for those experiencing low mood, anxiety, social isolation, or other vulnerabilities
