An online registration service for patients in North East London (NEL) has now been live for almost two years. This allows patients to search for practices that they can register with based on their postcode at the following URL:

https://register-gp-london.nhs.uk/

206 (75%) of NEL practices are now signed up and there has been over 90,000 registration forms submitted since its launch. The CCG encourages all practices to sign up, if they haven’t already done so, to ensure that patients have a simple, convenient digital route to register with local practices.

If your practice are yet to sign up, would like to make any changes to the existing set up/information, or would like to view practice level data, this can now be done through the online portal linked below (please remember any changes to your contractual catchment area must first be agreed by the CCG).
