OFFER 1: Monthly Lunchtime wellbeing webinars
Qi Gong - Gentle mindful movement for physical and mental relaxation. This practice helps to energise the body, release stress and increase overall feelings of wellbeing. Book here.
Guided Mindfulness - Guided relaxation to soothe the nervous system. You will learn techniques to raise your level of body awareness to invite relaxation into your system and build energy reserves. Book here.
Body Wisdom - This session will empower staff with techniques to bring relief, reduce pain and improve function around physical postures and movement. You will learn to use self-massage and breath work to bring the body back into balance. Book here.
OFFER 2: In-Practice Whole Team Wellbeing Session
Apply for an interactive, team-based session delivered in your practice. These sessions, offered in person and virtually, can foster collective reflection, connection and shared strategies to boost team morale and cohesion. For in person sessions, your team can have access to hand massage or ear acupuncture session.
