Dear Primary Care Colleagues,
As you may be aware, ELFT are currently in the process of reviewing all of the community mental health services within the C&H Neighbourhoods. This means a review, reconfiguration and resetting of the current pathways to ensure a more workable and streamlined model under the current climate of economic pressures.
We are in the consultation phase of the timeline. It is now more important than ever to get the views and feedback of primary care on the new proposed model and structure so that we achieve a successful and satisfactory outcome for patients, primary care and ELFT.
Please try and attend the consultation lunchtime meeting on Friday 15th August at 1pm to review the proposals and discuss the changes.
