Purpose of the session will be to provide an update about the CoRe service in general, the results of a recent referral audit and also a chance for primary care colleagues to ask some questions about the service. The Session will also include a demo on the OneContact tool to promote how to use the single referral form, its benefits and also take practices through the OneContact tool signup process.
