Mental Capacity and Adult Safeguarding Webinar

Speaker: John Binding - Head of Adult Safeguarding - London Borough of Hackney

John has worked within Adult Social Care for 30+ years in a range of roles including social worker, team manager within mental health and learning disability services, Approved Mental Health Professional and Best Interest Assessor. He has been a lead officer for Adult Safeguarding for the past 10 years, the last four of which have been in Hackney. 

He advises the City & Hackney Safeguarding Adults Board and chairs the Multi-Agency High Risk Panel which is referenced within the CHSAB's self-neglect & hoarding policy.
