The GP Confederation will be delivering the annual mandatory DOAC update training session for GPs, Clinical Pharmacists & Lead Nurses based in C&H anticoagulation centres on Tuesday 1st October 2024 from 1pm – 2pm. The training will be delivered by Safia Neetoo, Clinical Lead for Anticoagulation, with Consultant Haematologist, Dr Chatterjee, joining for Q&A. The session will on MS Teams.
