The London Clinical Advisory Group recently released  a pan-London Medicines Authorisation and Administration Record (MAAR) charts for use in end of life care (EoLC) for subcutaneous and intramuscular medication in the community setting.


These are planned to go live in North East London at  the  end of July 2020. This 30 minute webinar will also contain an update on some key aspects of EoLC and is very important for the following  health care professionals:  

  • All prescribers who might need to  authorise EoLC medicines in the community
  • All nurses  (including those working in care homes ) who administer EoLC   medicines in the community
  • All pharmacists working in primary care either at GP practice, PCN or CCG level
