This is a roundup of the learning from the serious case rebiew which was completed by the City and Hackney safeguarding childrens partnership this year. It outlines learning regarding case as a whole (fabricated and induced illness, perplexing presentations and more) the prescribing of opiates in children and young people and the role of the pain clinic in children.
There will be members from C&H safeguarding team , C&H prescribing team and Great Ormond Street pain clinic
