Homerton Hospital are aiming to ensure USC pathways operate efficiently, patients have the best possible experience and missed/delayed appointments are reduced.
Discuss local challenges in Primary Care so that Homerton Hospital can continually improve the USC pathway and build on our relationship with primary care practitioners.
