Nia runs services for women and girls who have been subjected to sexual and domestic violence and abuse, including prostitution.  They support the communities in Hackney, Haringey, Barking and Dagenham, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Havering, Newham and Brent and Brent.

The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence is an annual international campaign that kicks off on 25th November (International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women) and runs until 10th December (Human Rights Day).

Nia is hosting a Q&A event that will take place on Thurs, 9th Dec. 2021, 1-2PM to discuss matters that GP’s and Health workers in City and Hackney wish to address around Domestic Violence, the IRIS service and its training programme. Join the Q&A directly by clicking on this link.
