Advice and Guidance Update- October 2020
Emails set up during covid peak when services paused and when some patients opting to stay away
Now services virtually back to normal will revert to standard eRS A&G (response time < 2 working)

Current email addresses will end from 1st November (with autoreply)
Please do not send any photos to Dermatology Advice and Guidance.
Patient photos should only be sent to Teledermatology.
During the height of the initial COVID peak, the Dermatology A&G accepted photos taken by patients, but this is now ended.
Where possible, please invite the patient in for a f2f review and submit a Teledermatology request if appropriate.
If the patient is shielding or unable to attend the practice, then Homerton will accept photos taken by the patient, but this should be sent with a completed Teledermatology template and it should be flagged as patient photos.
